BCFD is a corporation created in 2013, under Congolese law, with national identification number 01-M6901-N75749U, that provides legal assistance and advices, taxation, customs, operational and technical services.


Although BCFD is highly specialized in Congolese mining sector’s customs and taxations compliance, BCFD has a portfolio of clients operating in various industries in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).


While currently having a wide range of advisory services in its offer, BCFD makes every efforts to create and offer new handholding support services to customers, for a privileged partnership to cover all stages of administrative procedures related to customs services, corporate taxes, legal and organizational matters.

BCFD is committed to continually improve the quality and range of its services offering, based on solid foundations, namely its exceptional client relationship management as well as efficient and innovative solutions to meet the multiple and diverse needs of its clients. To this end BCFD will:
